Page 1 of the Sunday Programme gives a wealth of useful information on club events, and lists our officials with their contact details. It has just been updated and appears on the Road home page. Sunday Programme 2014 page 1
2014 Sunday Programme
As previously advised, MAWA is changing to a Calendar Year Sunday programme. The 2014 programme is now on the website. Sunday programme 2014 For the period up to end of April there is only one change from the 2013/2014 programme previously published. The Bankwest Gallipoli run has been changed from 20th April to 13th April. We are not changing our runs, so on 13th April members will have to chose between Gallipoli and 3 P’s. We have included a Group Jog on 20th April.
Personal accident insurance
Just to remind members that the MAWA insurance through AMA affiliation covers Third Party, but not personal accident. If members want to be covered for personal accident while competing in a MAWA event, they can get this cover by registering with AWA. This can be done through the AWA website, and costs $20 per year.
It is apparent from recent discussions that many members do not realise that certain elements of the website are searchable, using the search box at the top of the sidebar. You can search Sunday run and Tuesday/Thursday T & F meets, as well as past news items. So if you want to know your time in say the 2012 Bardon Bash, just type in your name, Bardon Bash, and 2012 and it will immediately be found.
