ACT Masters Athletics has accepted the challenge of organizing the 10km road championships and Half Marathon championship in 2025 to 2027. Both events will be in Canberra in 2025 and participants will be part of a survey to decide where they prefer the 2026 events to be held.
The 10km road championship will be held under the auspices of the Canberra Times Marathon Festival. The race will commence at 0700 in CBD King George Terrace, ACT, on 13 April 2025.
Online Registrations are open and AMA members can obtain a 15% discount by quoting” ACTMA15DISCOUNT”
The Half Marathon championship will be managed by Canberra Runners Incorporated. The race will be held on Sunday 25 May 2025 and commence near Lennox Gardens on Flynn Drive. Online Registrations are open and AMA members can obtain a 10% discount by quoting “HMACTMA10”.
Participants should register with AMA before the race and pay a nominated fee set by AMA. There will also be a race registration fee to pay directly to the race organising entity.
