The ECAC track will be opened at 5.30pm. This should allow all athletes ample time for warm-ups. If additional warm-up time is needed, we can delay the start if required. For those needing extra time before 5.30 the adjacent soccer oval is available for use.

Irwin was involved in an accident recently when he was struck by a motor vehicle and sustained some nasty injuries. He is recovering in hospital, and we wish him all the very best for a speedy recovery.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Dick Horsley Trophy for couples event at the Darlington Dash on Sunday.
